Provided here is a spreadsheet template that evaluates economic considerations for two manure handling systems. A manure handling system is defined by its structural, equipment, labor and nutrient characteristics.  This template makes a "first-cut" economic evaluation for two manure handling systems. 

These systems included in the following spreadsheet are

(1) Earthen holding pond using a liquid tanker

(2) Stack pad using a conventional spreader.

(3) Earthen holding pond using drag-line direct injection
