YES1: =1 if a yes response to first payment, 0 otherwise
PT1: first payment
YES2: =1 if a yes response to the follow-up payment, 0 otherwise
PT2: follow-up payment
INCOME: household income
PAMLICO: =1 if only asked to value Pamlico Sound, =0 if asked to value Albemarle and Pamlico sound jointly.
